The United Nations Environmental Report issued on Oct. 11, 2007 is based upon the predictions of the most advanced computer in the world using the most accurate information available from environmentalists. The UN report predicts that, if we do not reach zero emissions by the middle of the century, temperatures will raise 2 degrees worldwide and cataclysmic climate changes will cause widespread coastal flooding and extreme weather that makes sustainability next to impossible. The International Academy of Natural Science, in alliance with organizations, scientists, businesses and governments who are dedicated to establishing sustainable communities and accomplish zero emissions world-wide.
OUR GOAL: POLLUTION-FREE BY 2033.
This proposal shows how to reach zero emissions and become pollution-free in a practical, efficient, effective, profitable and sustainable way by creating Remediation Parks with Superplasmic Field Generators and Retrieval Processes and other technologies in every community. We present, in detail, how to build, finance and implement a program that will allow us to maintain global temperatures within the required range for our civilization to become more balanced with the biosphere, sustainable and prosperous.
THE INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY OF NATURAL SCIENCE
for Superfund remediation and tens of thousands that are highly toxic but are too small to qualify. All such sites should be and can be remedied with a Remediation Park. One of the things that make this possible is that the Superplasmic Field Generator is mobile and modifiable.

INTRODUCTION
On October 11, 2007 Global Net News-summary reported: Only the total elimination of industrial emissions will succeed in limiting climate change to a 2°C rise in temperatures, according to computer analysis of climate change.
Catherine Brahic of NewScience News Service, reports that scientists used an advanced, established computer model for analyzing future climate change that showed the necessary reduction of industrial emissions that must be accomplished in order for the climate to remain below “dangerous” levels that would be unmanageable. The conclusion is that the only way that human society can survive is to establish zero emissions. In addition, those who understand the situation realize we must also reach zero pollution. It is necessary to insure zero emission/pollution NOW in order to have a sustainable community (see Support Data 1 for details). The technology is available, the operation is profitable, we know how to do it and have formed a global alliance to accomplish this goal.
WHO WE ARE
The International Academy of Natural Science (IAONS) is a not-for-profit Arizona corporation dedicated to establishing sustainable communities that will help create more balance in the biosphere.
Organized in 2005, IOANS affirms that transforming humanities waste by-products, including nuclear, industrial, transportation and community wastes, into useful products is a vital link to a sustainable future for the human species. To meet this goal requires a global alliance with academies, governments and businesses to research, develop and implement the latest information and new technologies that help establish sustainable communities that are in balance with the biosphere.
Solving the pollution problems is the key to creating productive and profitable alternative futures for entire communities and for the planet.
THE CORPORATE MISSION
The Corporate mission is to provide for:
- Improved, affordable, sustainable communities that insure better public health, safety and quality of life worldwide.
- Effective remedial treatment of industrial and community emissions, wastes and pollutants through remediation parks using superplasmic field technology and advanced retrieval processes.
- Researching, testing, designing, developing and implementing the creation of pollution-free communities that insure the preservation of precious resources, creation of alternative forms of pollutant-free industry, energy and transportation and provide clean water, air and land for future generations.
To accomplish this mission we are forming a consortium with Academies of Natural Science worldwide and providing the information needed by coalitions of governments, businesses, churches and social organizations to implement combined new technologies and establish a comprehensive global program, sponsored by the United Nations that will help establish zero pollution and a sustainable future for humanity.
The key to zero emissions and pollution is the Remediation Park. The key to the Remediation Park is a sustainable Superplasmic Field Generator and a comprehensive Retrieval process. We will present an overview of the Remediation Park; explore the Superplasmic Field Generator and the Retrieval process; and present financial outlines with attachments that provide more detailed information so you can implement the program in your community as soon as possible.
