CERTIFICATION DOCUMENTS

The Circles of Success program offered by the International Academy of Holodynamics are sequential. They progress from the less complex to the more complex.

In order to receive a Certificate of Graduation from any Circle of Success, two requirements must be met: ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT and SKILL DEVELOPMENT. In order to demonstrate your skills, you must arrange for a SPONSOR to supervise your demonstrations of the skills necessary for Certification.

CIRCLE ONE: ADVOCATE

To be an Advocate requires understanding that we live in a universe that is made of information in motion. In reality, information organizes from micro to macro in multiple dimensions. Once understood, this approach can be effectively applied to unfold the potential of even our most complex situations.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: Graduates must have successfully completed at least one online UP course and/or one Unfolding Potential seminar and read the recommended texts.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Graduates must demonstrate their ability to include a more Holodynamic view of reality in their life, access aspects of their Full Potential Self and access dimensions of peace in their life.

CIRCLE TWO: CONSULTANT

Since information self-organizes from micro to macro, a Consultant understands the micro dimension of consciousness where holodynes control thoughts, feelings and actions. A Consultant Consults with others on how to use a holographic framework and the implicate order of growth to access, track and transform holodynes, and to help others create internal coherence within themselves.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: In order to understand the concepts, frameworks and new information required to be a Consultant, each person must participate in a minimum of:

1. ONE course on Unfolding Potential or its online equivalent.
2. SIX MONTHS of regular attendance at Holon meetings.
3. Assist in two Unfolding Potential courses or in two Online UP courses.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Prior to receiving a certificate of graduation, each applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability to track holodynes and function as a professional Consultant. This is done by:

1. Creating a personal Log Book that keeps a record of your experiences in the Consultant role with others.
2. Obtain a Sponsor who is a certified Consultant who is able to observe you in action as you consult, track and transform holodynes with those who have requested assistance in learning to transform their holodynes. Your Sponsor will mentor you in training through weekly Holons, seminar participation, phone consultation and email correspondence. Until you obtain Certification, you are an apprentice to your Sponsor. Your Sponsor will evaluate your competency upon completion of all listed requirements and will review all forms submitted to the Academy and sign off on them prior to submission.
3. Document at least 3 successful consultation sessions where tracking is clearly demonstrated and attested to by the recipients of the tracking service. The appropriate forms must be submitted to the Academy and co-signed by your Sponsor.
4. Complete at least 21 successful consultation sessions with at least 7 different people and with no more than 3 sessions with a single person. These must be logged in your personal Log Book.
5. Completion of at least 12 personal tracking sessions with your own personal holodynes including ones in which you track yourself. These must be included in your Log Book.

CIRCLE THREE: PRACTITIONER

In a quantum, holographic world, holodynes form into complex systems that control the way we relate to the people around us. A Practitioner understands the relationship among holodynes and how these internal relationships control the relationship dynamics among people. In order to unfold the potential of our relationships, the Practitioner assists in transforming relationships by accessing the Being of Togetherness (BOT) and helping others deal Full-Potential-to-Full-Potential with one another. In a very practical way this helps create genuine intimacy (in-to-me-see).

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: A Practitioner is able to help others empower their relationships by:

1. Graduating from at least FIVE In-to-me-see courses offered in Circle III.
2. SIX MONTHS of regular attendance at Holon meetings in which you give at least two presentations regarding the Being of Togetherness.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT: The skills necessary to be certified as a Practitioner require:

1. Successful graduation from Circles One, Two and Three.
2. Maintaining a personal Log Book that keeps a record of your experiences in the Practitioner role with others.
3. Obtain a Sponsor who is a certified Practitioner who is able to observe you in action as you help others empower their relationship. Your Sponsor will mentor you in training through weekly Holons, seminar participation, phone consultation and email correspondence. Until you obtain Certification, you are an apprentice to your Sponsor. Your Sponsor will evaluate your competency upon completion of all listed requirements and will review all forms submitted to the Academy and sign off on them prior to submission.
4. Document at least 3 successful sessions as a Practitioner where transforming relationships is clearly demonstrated and attested to by the recipients of the processes. The appropriate forms must be submitted to the Academy and co-signed by your Sponsor.
5. Complete at least 21 successful sessions that empower the BOT with at least 7 different couples and with no more than 3 sessions with a specific couple. These must be logged in your personal Log Book.
6. Completion of at least 12 personal relationship empowering sessions with your own partner including ones in which you access your BOT and document the results. These must be included in your Log Book.

CIRCLE FOUR: FACILITATOR

Within the microtubules are portals that transmit information from holodynes into what are called the fields of collective consciousness. In order to influence collective consciousness a Facilitator must understand the field matrix of our collective consciousness including: how to transform the genetic codes of inherited information systems from the past (Re-living) and how to integrate information from the future (Pre-living).

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: A Facilitator may be certified to help others shift the field of collective consciousness after:

1. Successful completion of Circles One, Two, Three and Four.
2. Graduation from the Field Shifting course or its equivalent.
3. Serving as an Assistant Facilitator in at least TWO Field-Shifting courses.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Prior to receiving a certificate of graduation, each applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability to shift the field of collective consciousness as a professional Facilitator by:

1. Maintaining a personal Log Book that keeps a record of your experiences in the Facilitator role with others.
2. Obtain a Sponsor who is a certified Facilitator who is able to observe you in action as you facilitate the transformation of family trees and the integration of future generations into daily life in the present. Your Sponsor will mentor you in training through weekly Holons, seminar participation, phone consultation and email correspondence. Until you obtain Certification, you are an apprentice to your Sponsor. Your Sponsor will evaluate your competency upon completion of all listed requirements and will review all forms submitted to the Academy and sign off on them prior to submission.
3. Document at least 3 successful Field-shifting sessions where the shift is clearly demonstrated and attested to by the recipients of the re-live and pre-live service. The appropriate forms must be submitted to the Academy and co-signed by your Sponsor.
4. Complete at least 21 successful Field-shifting sessions with at least 7 different people and with no more than 3 sessions with a single person. These must be logged in your personal Log Book.
5. Completion of at least 12 personal Field-shifting sessions with your own personal family and social systems. These must be included in your Log Book.

CIRCLE FIVE: IMPLEMENTER

As your internal conditions become integrated, your Full Potential Self is able to manifest more fully in your life and among those around you. You sense the potential in every situation and can more clearly distinguish among choices on your menu of options. People will naturally begin to look toward you for leadership in helping to implement the changes necessary to unfold potential within the lives of others and in entire social systems: businesses, governments, churches, clubs and groups of all types. You become an Implementer.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: An Implementer may be certified to function in society when:

1. Successful completion of Circles One, Two, Three, Four and Five.
2. Graduation from at least FIVE Leadership and Team Building courses.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Prior to receiving a certificate of graduation, each applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability to function as a professional Implementer by:

1. Creating a personal Log Book that keeps a record of your experiences in the Implementer role within systems.
2. Obtain a Sponsor Team that is made of at least three members, at least one who is a certified Implementer. Your Sponsor Team must be able to work with you in action as you consult with those who have requested assistance in learning to transform their social system. Members of your Sponsor will mentor you in training through weekly Holons, seminar participation, phone consultation and email correspondence. Until you obtain Certification, you are an apprentice to your Sponsor Team. Each member of your Sponsor Team will evaluate your competency upon completion of all listed requirements and will review all forms submitted to the Academy and sign off on them prior to submission.
3. Document at least 3 successful Implementation sessions where the processes of implementation are clearly demonstrated and attested to by the recipients of the processes. The appropriate forms must be submitted to the Academy and co-signed by all members of your Sponsor team.
4. Complete at least 20 successful implementation sessions with at least two different systems and with no more than 10 sessions with a single organization. These must be logged in your personal Log Book.
5. Completion of at least 1 successful implementation change in one social system. The changes must be included in your Log Book and signed off by all members of your Sponsor Team.

CIRCLE SIX: TEACHER

One form of implementation is teaching. To teach from a state of being present is to be aware of the conscious, multiple-dimensioned, holographic reality of the world in which we live and sets a standard for participants to meet the challenges of our time.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: In order to be certified as a Teacher of Holodynamics one must:

1. Graduate from all preceding Circles of Success.
2. Complete the requirements of this Sixth Circle of Success
3. Serve as an apprentice Teacher until your Sponsor signs off on your qualifications.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT: To be certified as a Teacher you must demonstrate you are competent as a teacher. To do this you must:

1. Maintain a personal Log Book that keeps a record of your teaching experiences.
2. Work with a team within the class maintaining contact with each participant and in cooperation with those who may also be learning to teach.
3. Work as an apprentice to a Sponsor Team who are certified to teach.
4. Your Sponsor Team will evaluate your competency upon completion of all listed requirements and will review all forms submitted to the Academy and sign off on them prior to submission.
5. Document independently teaching at least 3 different types of classes offered by the Academy and demonstrate your mastery of both the information and your effective teaching skills.
6. Have a minimum of ten class graduates evaluate your teaching skills. These evaluations must be supervised by your Sponsor. The appropriate forms must be submitted to the Academy and co-signed by your Sponsor
7. Complete at least 20 teaching experiences in at least five different classes and with no more than 5 sessions with a single class. These must be logged in your personal Log Book.

CIRCLE SEVEN: MASTERS

Those who certify at the Masters level are able to manifest changes within both the individual and collective dimensions of consciousness. They have "mastered" the information and are able to demonstrate their ability to focus on situations and orchestrate solutions to problems, create new projects, establish new relationships, teach other teachers and make a difference in the world.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: In order to certify as a Master, one must:

1. Graduate from all preceding Circles of Success.
2. Complete the requirements of this Seventh Circle of Success.
3. Complete a Master's Thesis.
4. Complete the Master's Final Exam.
5. Complete at least one significant project.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Prior to receiving a certificate of graduation, each applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability to master the application of this information in a practical way. This is done by:

1. Maintaining your personal Log Book that keeps a record of your experiences as a Master in society.
2. Obtain a Sponsor who is a certified Master who is able to observe you in action as you manifest changes in society.
3. Obtain a Master's Committee. Your Sponsor will mentor you in training and coordinate your work with your Master's Committee, through weekly Holons, seminar participation, phone consultation and email correspondence. Until you obtain Certification, you are an apprentice to your Sponsor.
4. Your Sponsor will coordinate your final competency evaluation before your Master's Committee and, upon completion of all listed requirements, will review all forms submitted to the Academy and sign off on them prior to submission.
5. Document at least one major project completion where competency is clearly demonstrated and attested to by the recipients of the service. The appropriate forms must be submitted to the Academy and co-signed by your Sponsor.

CIRCLE EIGHT: DOCTORATE

Those who certify at the Doctorate level are able to complete research and development in an approved subject area.

ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT: In order to receive a Ph.D., one must:

1. Graduate from all preceding Circles of Success.
2. Complete the requirements of this Eighth Circle of Success.
3. Complete research on at least one approved project.
4. Complete a written and oral examination.
5. Complete a satisfactory Doctorate Dissertation.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT: Prior to receiving a certificate of graduation, each applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability to master the application of this information in a practical way. This is done by:

1. Maintaining your personal Log Book that keeps a record of your experiences as a Doctoral Candidate.
2. Obtain a Doctorate Chairman who is a certified Ph.D. and who is able to supervise your doctoral work, mentor you in training; assist you in working under your Doctoral Review Board, and supervise the evaluation of your research and development competency, give final approval of your dissertation, organize your final report from your Board of Review, and review all forms submitted to the Academy, and sign off on them prior to submission.
